As part of our commitment to caring for your pet, we make every effort with “first timers” to ensure that they feel secure and settle in quickly and happily. We find that very nervy animals can benefit from our FREE orientation day during which they are dropped off for a short while or a full day, rather than a longer stay.

Like toddlers and pre-school, it is sometimes better to extend the length of stay gradually for those unused to being apart from their owners. After a tasty lunch and playtime, most pets benefit from this day and go home tired, but happy in preparation for their actual holiday.
